Paris Part 1

Our Paris trip really was a dream come true. I had been planning and waiting for this trip for a long while. I LOVED Paris! It was so much fun (except the time I forgot the metro seats folded and I landed on the train floor). 

Here is E. Dehillerin where Julia Child bough all her copper pots and pans. What a strange store! There was this dark basement that was fairly deserted. All the pots and pans were locked together and to check the price you had to look up the number in these huge binders. 

Daily baguettes were another favorite of mine. Every few night we would have a picnic for dinner. We would have a baguette, Brie, the little ham rolls and a bottle of wine! It was delightful and felt very Pariessene.
